Will it be possible to connect the yeaplink t21 e2 ip-phone to a cloud PBX via a laptop connected to an access point via wifi?

the idea actually came up.
To remove unnecessary wires in the office:
There are an equal number of laptops and ip phones yeaplink t21 e2
laptops are connected to the network via wifi. Is it possible to connect phones to laptops and connect phones to the network through laptops i.e. we connect the cord from the laptop to the Internet port of the phone, and on the laptop we organize a virtual bridge between two network connections incoming wifi and ethernet.
The fact is that with one of the phones and laptops, a similar scheme has worked, but not with the other, I didn’t really understand why ...?
In general, the disadvantages of such a connection scheme are of interest.

For good ip, phones should drive their traffic over the cable and also in their own separate vlan. But as soon as you do not pay attention to security, then you can use this scheme as well.
