Is it possible to order the layout separately?

Hello!
Such a thing. I am currently looking for a studio to make a website for us. We already have a layout in Figma, and so the studios are asking for astronomical money (sorry if I offended anyone, but 200-400 thousand for a site on a template is really nonsense) . I would go to freelancers, but I don't want to give them too big projects.

Here's what I think. Is it possible for a freelancer to do only the layout, and then I come to the studio with this layout, which will deal with the backend and pulling this layout onto a framework or cms? Is it somehow possible?

can. pay a freelancer for layout, and then "200-400 thousand" in the studio.

400 k on the template, ask the studio for a price justification.
ask another studio. The 2x price difference is amazing. Probably no TK.
The price is obviously not for layout, well, if there are no mega animations.
Your own layout, oddly enough, can be more expensive if it is done crappy.

It is better to contact not studios and agencies, but private freelancers. The price will be cheaper, the quality will not be worse. Separate front and back developers. And of course, make a clear statement of work so that there are no problems.
