Is it possible to open only certain sites through tor?

Some previously available resources have suddenly become very dangerous for me. To protect me from threats, the state asked the ISP to deny access to them. I don't quite agree with this approach.
However, I do not want to launch TOR Browser to visit individual resources for a number of reasons, the main of which is that I use several browsers and do not want to be limited to one. And in general, it is inconvenient.
I know that with the help of AdvOR I can send all the traffic of any program through the tor. But this is impractical, because most resources are /yet/ safe and available, and a significant speed loss is extremely unpleasant.
Question: is it possible to make it so that only specific resources are accessed through Tor, regardless of the browser used?
If yes, by what means to implement it under Win7/8.1?

Well, in general, TOR is not the best solution for such purposes.
Enough of the usual proxy or vpn.
And if you want to open individual sites through a special connection - tor, proxy, vpn, then you need to do your own routing.
That is, to prescribe a route to certain resources not through the default gateway.

Write local DNS IP addresses for the domain or use a third-party DNS, such as Google public DNS: 8.8.8.8
