What happens to the network module on a Linux Mint 17.2 KDE system?

My Wi-Fi catches Realtek Semiconductor RTL and a bunch of numbers further that I am too lazy to rewrite.
I have already named the system. The funny thing is that the connection is always cut off, sometimes at the most pleasant moments.
And it's already pissing me off. Previously, there was a seven - the network worked fine.
Is there any way to fix the problem? Well, there is the kernel to recompile or what Linuxoids usually do in such situations.
PS, as one of my friends says "Linux is not free, it takes in kind"

See the full name of your device with numbers and google about installing a proprietary driver for the device, if there is one, of course.
