Is it possible to name the introduction of ERP, CRM, etc. consultation?

Tell me, can you formulate the subject of the contract as "Consulting"?
It is assumed:
1. Integration of external services (CRM, telephony) into the workflow
2. Staff training
3. Development of methodological materials and work procedures

if you adjust it to OKVED, there are both "Other activities related to the use of computer technology and information technology"
and "Software development and consulting in this area"
and if not, it's better to talk to an accountant, usually a hitch of contracts - will it be possible to put on fixed assets, etc. or not

By and large, the competence of your accountant plays a role here, you can cheat and reflect both services and development in different ways. It is possible, as part of the provision of consulting services, to introduce something additionally.
But it's not right, it's better not to cheat)))
