Creation, input and recognition of forms

A solution is needed – soft, hard or hard + soft – to create forms that are then filled out by a human and then quickly digitized. A typical example is USE tests, application forms for foreign countries. passport, etc.

Found a bunch of different sites in English. language. Chinese sites with scanners of such forms.
None of the resources inspired much confidence.

I thought that Acrobat already had such functionality automatically and / or there was some well-known SaaS service, but no!
Well, or not found.

Have you looked at Abbyy FlexiCapture ?
From the description it looks like what you need.
There is a FormDesigner for creating forms, there is a recognition of all this.

Take a look at Cognitive Forms . There are ready-made solutions for some types of forms, there is a technology for drawing / describing new ones.
