Is it possible to mount an HDD without a partition table in Windows XP/7, and how?

It works with flash drives, and on the flash drive itself there can be any FS, NTFS or even ext2 if there is a driver - it is picked up and a letter is assigned to it. And if the hard drive is formatted as a whole, then it is always RAW.
How to teach Windows to "see" hard drives that are formatted entirely without a partition table?

@Andrewww asked you normally , why do you need this?
@GavriKos "And how should it be perceived?" also a valid question.
Do not be rude, sometimes the position "please do not write stupid answers - your level of evansed user is clearly not enough here" occurs due to the low level of knowledge of the questioner.
All for you to guess? Maybe you want to see RAW?
"hard drives that are formatted as a whole" file system at least what?
"no partition table?", i.e. without MBR? Throw off the MBR of the disk here.

All disks that are in the system and with which windows can do something are displayed in Disk Management.
Start - Run - diskmgmt.msc

Through diskpart, you can assign a drive letter, but if there is no table there, then this will not help much. For what purposes. In general, diskmgmt.msc should be enough

Partition Find and Mount - launch, mount a RAW or formatted partition and work like with a regular disk. Extremely simple. The program is free, but there are restrictions on reading speed, in the full version there are no restrictions. Saved many times and in different situations.
