WD hard drive crashed. How to diagnose the cause and restore, if possible?
Model wd1003fzex, 1TB
Bought on 04/22/2014 I
noticed problems today when I turned it on. The BIOS thought for half a minute while identifying the hard drives, but then the system booted up. About an hour later, Windows crashed.
Since then, the disk has not been detected, the BIOS has been thinking for a long time (two or three minutes) to determine the disks, then the boot continues without it.
If you connect after booting, then Windows hangs tightly for 5 minutes, Ubuntu does not pay attention, nothing in dmesg.
It makes these sounds:

(probably not very good, I'll try to write better)
It tries to spin up ten times, then it calms down.
Although, probably, it is fully untwisted, but it stops. Here I find it difficult to determine.
I didn’t drop it, I didn’t shake it, I didn’t transport it at all, except from the store on the day of purchase.
