Is it possible to merge two ssds into one partition for windows?

Is it possible to merge two ssd drives into one partition. That is, having a 250GB drive, is it possible to combine it with a 480GB drive, for example, and get a 730 system partition ( partition C )?

Yes, you can. Use the RAID0 mode if the motherboard is capable. The BIOS turns on the Raid controller (SATA ports mode) and two SSDs are connected to one RAID0 array and then Windows is installed on the resulting virtual disk.
