Why does a new SSD hang periodically?

On a new computer, everything periodically freezes for 5-10 seconds, at this time the HDD LED on the case is on (it is on, not blinking). On Windows Event Viewer pops up Warning with id 129: "Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.". Asus Z97-M Plus motherboard, 2 drives connected: 1 system SSD and 1 HDD. There are no RAID arrays. How to fix it?

Have you tried using another SATA cable and plugging it into another port?

@rbobot

Due to the old firmware on SandForce SSD controllers, this happens.
