What's the absurdity with this hard drive?
Looks like the hdd is dead. But he was not systematic. The system is on ssd. I disconnect the hdd from the wires or disable in the bios, and after that the system does not boot at all, it writes an error that the disk was not found. But what about hdd? He's not systemic. It is very annoying, because the system is now loading with it for a very long time (some kind of recovery is underway, but it’s useless), and now, in general, many applications are loaded for a long time because of it. Want to turn it off.

The system drive is not only the C:\ drive
Look into the disk management and there will probably be something system
The "system" disk, where the axis is located, and the "boot" disk, where the bootloader is located, are two big differences. The bootloader can be on any disk, there can be several of them on different disks, but there must be at least one.
Transfer/restore the bootloader.
The disk in BIOS is registered as bootable.
it contains the boot sector and the partition with the system bootloader.
and already this loader loads the system from the ssd.
run a brute with the installation of the boot sector in the ssd. and in BIOS change the boot device.
It's a great idea to make a flash drive with a windows bootloader, no one can guess how to turn on the PC.
The system drive and the boot drive are not quite the same thing. If we are talking about Windows, then you need to restore the boot from the installation disk, there are enough instructions. I came across this, I also could not immediately understand - why the system is not loaded.
