Is it possible to make “several computers” from one very powerful system unit?

Good afternoon. I have a very powerful computer with this configuration:

PC configuration

Процессор: i9 9900K
Мать: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI)

as you can see, for games and rendering, there is not only everything, but more.
I also have 3 younger teenage brothers... who when I'm not around... constantly fighting for the right to play on the computer.

So, if this is possible, the idea arose to buy three more monitors and three pairs of keys with mice, and somehow adding all this, give them the opportunity to play games on their own

For example, on Windows Server there is such an opportunity when you create users and they can connect from LAN by launching their own version of the computer, which was physically located on another computer and was just a user entry in Windows .... we had such a job. But they needed a separate computer, albeit a weak one .... but their own system unit and all the cases were needed to connect remotely. And I would like to do without additional purchase of weak sistemniks. So, is it possible to do something similar by connecting monitors
and keyboards directly, or through some kind of hub?

There is enough hard memory .... SSD is also enough. Sometimes, forgetting to close the games, I launched several at once ... for example, WOT, GTA5, Battlefield and WarThunder worked simultaneously .... and could easily switch between them ... I think there will be enough resources for them to play all at once.

If this is possible without buying, albeit weak, but system engineers for connecting remote desktops and users, as is the case with Windows Server, tell me in what ways can this be done? Or is it impossible?

Yes.
Just not for games.
For office work no problem.
Although if we are not talking about heavy games at maximum settings, you can try.

Graphical resources can now only be forwarded on Radeons. It's easier to buy a Gefors Nau subscription.
The processor is very weak for this. Better buy ryzen 9 3950x

Disagree with all the authors above. But the solution is not trivial, since separately you need to select hardware, although it may start on your motherboard, or you just have to replace it with one of the other models. Then you will need to configure the software. In fact, this cannot be solved on Windows normally; need Linux + KVM like Proxmox variant, same but with more friendly interface. I described the settings for forwarding a video card to a virtual machine and the nuances here:

It all looks like this (sorry, I shot it on slippers)

Of course, everyone can be allocated 5-6 threads in this case, for each real VC, 20GB of RAM and at least 1 HDD. But here the matter rests not only on the budget, but also on the PSU, the format of the case to install it.

I guess it's possible

In theory it is possible. RDP, but this requires weak PCs to run this very rdp.
