The processor is very weak for this. Better buy ryzen 9 3950x

But the solution is not trivial, since separately you need to select hardware, although it may start on your motherboard, or you just have to replace it with one of the other models. Then you will need to configure the software. In fact, this cannot be solved on Windows normally; need Linux + KVM like Proxmox variant, same but with more friendly interface.
