Will a 180W power supply pull a graphics card?

Hello.
Interested in the question, will the MSI GeForce GT 740 graphics card pull a 180 W power supply? Declared maximum power consumption of 64 watts.
I understand that the manufacturer recommends a 400 W power supply, but they write with a margin, not knowing what other hardware is installed in the user's computer. And I have a 25W AMD A6 processor, two 1.5W memory sticks, and a 5.9W SEAGATE Desktop SSHD ST1000DX001 hard drive will be installed . Plus, I do not know how much the card reader and DVD drive consume, but I think a little. In total, no more than 50 watts are occupied, which remains under the video card twice as much as it needs.
Do I think correctly and will the PSU pull this video card?
PS At the same time, I would like to ask the experts if this video card is compatible with my motherboard at all:

Judging by your photo,
the power supply is not 180, but 90 W (20 volts * 4.5 Amperes = 90 W). The same is written in the name of the PSU - ADP-90XD.
Below - power consumption 101.51 W
All arguments about replacing a video card with a more powerful one with this PSU are meaningless ....

Actually, your computer is not for toys. But if you find a 180 W PSU (there are some), then it should work.

Did you see 25w and decide that the processor is eating 25 watts?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
