Problems connecting TV to computer via HDMI

Hello! There is such a problem, I bought myself a 24 "phillips TV (I needed a TV), but when I connected it to a PC, I ran into a display problem. All the text, and everything else on the computer was very soapy. First, after reading the Internet, I went and bought it instead of HDMI - HDMI, DVI - HDMI.The result is the same, after I decided to connect the computer via VGA, and lo and behold, everything became normal, but the maximum resolution could not be set above 1360x768, and the TV input itself was signed as VGA / PC, unlike HDMI In the end, after playing around with the monitor settings, I left HDMI, but it's still difficult to sit at the computer, because the image hurts the eye very much. If you can help, I will be
grateful

Everything is very simple. The TV is never FullHD, its native resolution is 1366x768 , which is why it does not allow you to set the resolution higher.
But marketing said FullHD, so we accept FullHD via HDMI and reduce the picture to native resolution. Here is the picture and lathers.

Are you sure the HDMI cable is correct? Checked ports? connected the computer to other devices using this and other cables? Have you connected other devices to the TV? Check, most likely the problem is at the iron level, and not in the software.
