How to install Advisor+ on the server?
There is a task to install Consultant+ on a separate computer. Now it is installed on a laptop and ~ 4 people are connected to it via the network. Small brakes are noticed on laptops. We decided to distribute access to other offices of the company to about ~ 40-50 people. And we don't know what to choose.

About the server
If you can put it on linux, then take it to Hetzner - there are the cheapest servers in the area.
ru.hetzner.com/hosting/produkte_rootserver/ex40 ~41Euro (-19% VAT) - It's not expensive, especially for a company. For a server with such a config in the Russian DC they ask ~ 200-300 Evrikov. I judge by the prices of a year and a half ago, when I analyzed the prices and the possibility of hosting servers for the needs of my organization.
A server with an SSD for 49Euro is offered there - which is also very affordable.
40 connections in the current state of affairs with communication is nothing at all. Not online video you will drive.
Linux + soft raid 1 + monitoring - everything you need to be happy.
- If you need constant access in the office, regardless of whether there is Internet or not - your option is a local server. But it will be necessary to organize its backup power and someone to monitor the iron.
- If it is not critical for you that sometimes access can be lost (the Internet has fallen off, the provider has fallen, an accident on the provider's uplinks, and much more), then you are in the data center. The advantages are that there the hardware will be changed on request in case of a breakdown, and if the need disappears, you can simply abandon the car or take a more powerful one. In general, you are no longer limited to one server.
Take the price of a local server and estimate how long it will take you to rent a server in hetzner to achieve such costs. Divide by half and get the time for the test, during which you will understand whether you need it or not.
>> You can install pirates on a remote server or a cloud server
No, of course. Not only is it illegal, it's basically unprofessional to install pirates. This is the lot of domestic hamsters and amateurs.
By subject. After all, you have a consultant + bought, so call support, there specially trained employees will politely and in detail advise you both on the load, and on the recommended hardware, and on the traffic.
