Is it possible to make a "server" for TricolorTV?

I would like to state the problem and how I would like to solve it.
There are 6 TVs in the house, I would like to watch the tricolor from each, but I don’t want to pay for 6 receivers and 6 subscriptions. Since I noticed that no more than 3 different channels are watched at the same time, I would like to do something like this:
- an HDMI-stick or a similar whistle with an IR receiver and a Wi-fi module is connected to each TV
- 3 receivers are in a dead corner, a PC and 3 IR transmitters are placed next to them. The signal from the receivers is magically wrapped in UDP and distributed via wi-fi to the necessary whistles. The signals from the corresponding IR receivers on the TVs are transmitted to the corresponding IR transmitters on the receivers.
Prompt, similar to the described method we implement? Is it possible to somehow do without capture cards? I don't believe I'm the first to have this problem, but I couldn't find the right keywords to search for.

Tricolor relatively recently advertised equipment for the main receiver + additional, on which you can watch your channels. Trade in all your equipment for a new one and be done with it.

Dual tuner system (one set for two TVs) allows you to watch channels in Full HD quality on two TVs independently.
