Now I'm sitting with a laptop and a graphic monitor (tablet), respectively, now I have 2 screens. In the near future, I want to buy a PC and the question is, will the graphics tablet work as a full-fledged one or will I still have to buy a regular one? Tablet model Xp-pen Artist16 pro.

This is a graphics tablet, not a monitor.
If you found $700 for this tablet, you have a laptop, you found $1000 for a computer, what's the problem with finding another $300 for a monitor?
