How to add a BAT file so that the link in the monitor you need and with the right coordinates is loaded. How can this be written?

Hello. I have 5 monitors, and I have a BAT file that specifies that a link is loaded in a specific browser and that a specific profile of this browser is loaded. I want to add more so that all this is loaded in a certain monitor and with certain coordinates (in the right place on the monitor) How can this be written? I'm just not very good at this, please tell me
these are monitors, what is

my batch file for example

start "" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --profile-directory=" Profile 10" --disk-cache-size-4294967296 https://codepen.io/yrchik/pens/public?grid_type=list

x=478, Y=-937, W=985, H=1057 these are the coordinates I peeped in another program, maybe they are suitable for this case.

If the program itself does not support such features, then no way - there are no such tools in Windows.
Look for third party tools.
