Is it possible to link a site blocked by Yandex to another domain?

The site was blocked due to infection. The cleanup signal has been sent, but it will take another couple of weeks before Yandex agrees to this. It is difficult to say how many leads the company will lose because of this. There is an idea to temporarily link the site to another domain and put Direct / Ads on it.
Will there be sanctions for this?
