How to clean duplicate contacts?

Recommend software to clean the contact list from duplicates (The contact list is single stored in Google contacts)
The trick and the problem is as follows:
1) The same email for different contact cards (That is, the Last Name is different for each line of contacts, and the email the same)
2) Email - sometimes with quotes, sometimes with some special characters
The standard Merge Contacts tool does not save

You can do it manually:
Go to https://contacts.google.com/ , check the boxes next to different cards of one person, and click the "Merge" button
