Is it possible to install two cms on one domain?

I have a site on WP and I want to add a subsite on modx to this domain. Accordingly, the new tsms will lie deeper in the folders. Will this somehow interfere with the work of WP?

It will not be if you do not duplicate the same addresses. Those. wp should not have posts/pages/other entities that have the same address as modx.
