Is it possible to install python and c++ together in Visual Studio?

I downloaded Visual studio and c++ and python
When I press ctrl + f5, then I have a c++ file executed, but now how to make it so that when I need to execute python code?

When your project is listed as a Python project, it will be executed in the same way, via Ctrl + F5.
