Can someone sign the drivers?

Hello guys!
Today I tried to sign drivers for UR4QBP, but I got stuck because the guides were no longer relevant, and the makecert command was transferred to Visual Studio.
Maybe there is some online service?
Honestly, for the sake of one certificate, I don’t want to install a bunch of extra software. For this I am asking for your help.

Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows and Windows Driver Kit
Download and sign, nothing complicated, there is no extra software there.
About services for the signature did not hear.
I came across software that simplifies signing - I saw such a utility somewhere, but I don’t even remember the name.
