Is it possible to install a fan like this?

Friends, such a question has ripened. We have a computer in which there is a percentage, which has a radiator, which has a fan. I want to change the fan and a crazy idea was born, which I am broadcasting in this question.
Can the fan be mounted away from the radiator?
If you put it directly on the percent, then I can put a 60mm valve there, but if a little further than 20 millimeters, then you can fix a healthier one, say 80-100. Is this more legal? Nothing will overheat if such an experiment is performed?
Schematically as in the photo - https://yadi.sk/d/GK5Lgqed3EXiA7

Why not? There is a place - so you can. And then look at the results and temperature.

The fan on the processor works for "blowing out", therefore, if it is moved away, the efficiency will noticeably decrease, and replacing it with 80-100 will most likely have a negative effect.
Maybe the best solution would be to change it along with the radiator so that a larger cooler can be fixed properly?

if the fan is able to drive the same or more air through the radiator, you can

Can the fan be mounted away from the radiator?

If you can fix it, then why not?
And then you need specifics - say, a photo or a link to pictures of the motherboard and a non-standard radiator.
For example, in some servers, processors are simply heatsinks and are blown by case fans that drive air through the case.

It is necessary that air flow between the fins of the radiator. Usually put back to back so that the flow is as strong as possible.

I don’t remember where I met adapter flanges for coolers, you need to look for exactly something that will allow you to fix 120k in landing 60k and direct the flow in the right direction

you can install at a distance, but understand that if you do not have a shroud between the fan and the radiator, but just a gap, then you will lose in the strength of the flow and the quality of the cooling.
you need a casing in the form of a truncated pyramid. the smaller base of which is the installation location of the fan, and the larger one is the radiator.
... although this is not an option for you - you have a laptop cooler, it will not have enough power to pump such a volume of air efficiently and create normal traction in the radiator fins
