Is it possible to install a computer on a glazed balcony?

Problem:
I have a "regular office" computer, in a cheap case, without a video card, with one SSD and one HDD. The problem is that it just so happens that it has a rather noisy cooler and I can’t replace it, and there is a need for it to be turned on at least 12 hours a day, but in general, let it work 24/7 at least.

Question:
Can this computer be installed on a glazed balcony without heating? The temperature on the balcony floats in the range of +3-8 degrees in winter, the humidity is less than 20% (the response threshold on my hygrometer). My grand plan is to throw this box on the balcony and RDP when needed.

UPD
For all those who ask "what's the problem to replace the cooler?". The problem is that I can't open this box. There are seals on it and it is tracked. But even if it were possible, I don’t want to upgrade the hardware, which will leave me in a couple of months.

He won't be very good there.
At least for HDDs, the operating temperature range is usually specified from 0 or from +5 degrees. Those. somewhere on the edge. Unless the computer is actively working and heats itself well.
It's probably best not to turn it off at all. When switched off, the grease in the coolers can also freeze, then they will not start.
Well, after bringing it home before turning it on, do not forget to let it warm up and ventilate so that the condensate is gone.

the temperature inside the case will be 10 degrees higher
. I had a couple of servers in a poorly heated warehouse (where the temperature went to "-" stable) - they worked for 5 years (I did preventive maintenance of a vacuum cleaner + replacement of coolers 2 times during this time. None of the 10 hdd did not die during this time

If you do not turn off at all, then it will be normal. If you turn it off, then there may be a problem with condensate.

It can be covered in a couple of years ...
Change the cooler, what's the problem ....

make a box out of plywood, sheathe it with ursa. just leave holes for cooling.
too lazy to count, but a 250-watt heating pad should hold up to -20

It's not entirely clear what's stopping you from installing a new cooler.
In winter, 3-8 degrees for your kompluchter will even be ideal in a closed case. The only thing that can suffer during such operation is your HDD.

How can you not replace the cooler? What is the cooler on?

My server has been old for many years, and the computer has been on the balcony for many years too.
Temperatures fluctuate from +-0 to +40. In the case and on the screws, respectively, more.
So there should be no problems, but anything can happen ...

If you do not turn off then OK, the components will be warm enough and constant blowing will not cause condensation.

For a computer at temperatures below room temperature, there are 2 problems: passing through "zero" degrees (condensate, that's all), well, for all rotating mechanisms it is more problematic to rotate in the cold. You obviously don’t care about the cooler, and if the computer is turned on all the time, the hard drive will heat itself up a little, if the temperature on the balcony does not drop below zero, don’t worry. Especially for a couple of months.

1) You can
2) In winter - the problem of overcooling the hard drive - it optimally needs ~ 40 degrees, and it can not be lower than 25.
A bedside table (or drawer) will save. Put it in it, regulate the climate by slightly opening the door. For automation - you can bring one cooler, tied to the temperature - from the system unit to the outside, on the wall of the bedside table. Allow it to stop in the BIOS (if you can’t get close at all, make a cooler from a smart socket with automation based on the temperature of a smart sensor).
3) In the summer - the problem of overheating. The balcony can bake up to 60 in the sun.
4) The computer heats itself. If you do not do sharp contrasting procedures to it, condensation will not form there.
