How to correctly determine the power of the cpu cooler?
I need a new laptop cooler. I found on Ali a suitable size, but how to correctly determine nutrition. The cooler is connected to the motherboard. It is the old cooler that has three pins for connecting to 5V. Whether it is necessary to take into account the current strength and the color of the fan wires. Because I read a review on Ali for a product that suits me and there is the same laptop model, but the cooler did not fit, allegedly due to the incorrect position of the wires on the plug-in connector. Tell me please. Especially in color. How to correctly identify the connectors for powering the fan?

The current strength is not needed, a laptop cooler is not such a powerful thing that it exceeds the current on some line.
Need colors. There are usually three or four of them: power (red / green), ground (black), control (white / yellow) and PWM (usually not on laptops, blue).
If the cooler fits, but the wires do not converge on the wiring (either a single marriage, or a similar model) - for a single repair, nothing needs to be soldered. Just remember to insulate with heat shrink.
As for your cooler, it is likely that the ground (and without it, in any way) was made blue. The only way to check this more precisely is if the cooler works, connect it to some kind of 5 volt power supply. If it doesn’t work and you understand circuitry, unzip it and find out from the control board what and where.
I need a new laptop cooler. The nearest store is around the corner. And most importantly, nothing will burn from a short circuit in the connector.
