Is it possible to increase image resolution with Gravatar in wordpress?

I'm changing the page layout and I've run into a small problem. With image resolution. Can it be improved? Or is it loaded directly from gravatar, where its size is only 32x32?

What can be workarounds? I don't want to hide images.

Have you tried looking at the API before writing ?
