How to embed svg correctly?

demo6.epiales.net/1test/_elements.html How to embed svg correctly? I inserted the 4th way. 1st is a raster image, 2nd is through the img tag, 3rd is the svg code in html, 4th is through css. As you can see, the usual raster image looks best, and the SVG is blurry. Who knows why?

You don't have svg there. you have png everywhere. Did you change the file extension from png to svg and think it's svg?
