How to set up a Vidual Studio installation with packages on 1 disk?

Here I want to put it right. But it does not let you put everything on a system disk, but starts downloading a bunch of packages and installing them in the classic local/roaming place... somewhere there. I don't have much space on my C drive . there is a wish to register that all Studio was put completely on other disk. how to do it?

Many ways, but I would do it with pseudo-elements(before, after)

For the first strip to the left, through the befor, for the right through the after, for the central and befor and after.
