Is it possible to handle connection errors in an iframe?

Please tell me, is it possible to display an alert in the iframe and url of a third-party resource in case of 403, 404 and other errors of a third-party resource? The problem is that when opening some sites through an iframe, the sites (pages) may not be available. Is it possible to somehow beat this in jquery and display your message?
