Is it possible to get a refund from hetzner?

In general, I wanted to order a server on hatzner (those at the auction) exactly a week ago. They gave me a server to use (I never even logged into it) and promised to issue an invoice the next day. On the same day, as promised, I changed my mind about using their services and demanded (did not ask, did not specify, but demanded), through the support, remove the server from use and delete the account. Today, it randomly turns out that they did nothing and yesterday they debited the funds from my card (I did not receive any notifications at the same time). The bank offered to write to support demanding a refund, if they refuse, then block the card and the bank will deal with this case (at the same time, they do not give guarantees for success).
Are there any chances:
1) that without the participation of the bank it will be possible to resolve all
2) with the participation of the bank
?
Or is it easier to score on these funds and not waste time and nerves?

In general, they returned the funds without any problems (now I confirmed the invoice for a refund, now we are waiting for 1-5 days)
