God saves man, who save himself. Why not check smartctl, badblock, mem. You can also run some benchmark in a hard load mode (it will allow you to identify a defective processor fan, for example). Spend one day on this, but you will know for sure that the server has come into your hands in good condition. Monitoring, including smartools logs, will allow you to quickly respond even to potential problems, and backups will save the situation in unforeseen cases (for example, if the hard drive dies so much that it cannot be detected in the BIOS). And as it has already been correctly noted, these simple recommendations apply to all servers, not only in Hetzner, and not even necessarily remote ones.

Take servers on SB (with 6 GBps hard drives) - there are fewer problems there.

Do nothing on purpose, any problem is easily solved by two standard things that are done for any servers backups + monitoring. Everything else is from the evil one.
