Hetzner increases prices by 18% due to "Google Tax". Where to run?

I rent servers from Hetzner as a private individual. Recently I received a letter with sad news about DNS. I would still understand this if they had a representative office in Russia, and if they could be paid by bank transfer, and so why did they decide to comply with this law? Well, in addition to raising the price, it’s embarrassing that they will merge information about me into the tax office. That's why I'm looking for where to transfer servers. We need a company with prices and pings no worse than Hetzner's, but ignoring Russian laws both now and in the future.

Here is a good hosting, prices comparable with hetzner - https://www.online.net/en. I don’t know how things are with them with the laws of the Russian Federation

If you do not indicate your TIN there, as they suggest, then they will not merge anything into any tax.
And it makes sense to indicate the TIN there only if you rent a server as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur. In this case, Hetzner will not raise the price for you, but you will have to pay the specified tax for them (that is, you become their tax agent).
