Hetzner

Hetzner demand money for a service that I actually did not use, what should I do and what options?

Last summer, a server was taken in Hetzner for 35 euros, the first month was paid for. I used it for the first couple of weeks and forgot about it, with the thought that the money would run out and it would turn off, but it wasn’t there. They kept it on for another two months and asked to pay for them - about 70 euros. Of course, I refused, because I did not use it and give about 5 tr. I don't think anyone wants to.
Some time later, somewhere in November, the first letter came from Intrum Justitia (a collection agency in Germany). Like, I have to pay the debt for those two months + a small commission and another 70 euros for the work of this office. It turns out that it is about 150 euros... and this is already almost 10 k.r. There have already been three letters, each with a few cents commission.
The account contains my real data, including my home address. I did not send them any documents to confirm documents or addresses. In fact, anyone could indicate them, just using my personal data. Letters that they send do not have any proof of delivery. They blocked the account back in 2017, in the fall, with the requirement to pay the bill to unlock it.
How to act in such a situation?
Will I get something for it?
Will I run into problems when traveling to Europe?
etc.
I hope there are those who understand this issue or maybe those who have already encountered this.
Thank you!

Read the contract before buying. There is a procedure for canceling the service.

You should have read the contract more carefully. They are right.
But you can ignore them. Nothing will happen to you if you are not going to enter the EU in the next 5 years.

Practice shows that such debts will be transferred to collection agencies in Russia.
If someone entered your data and used their services, you must prove it, in civil law there is no presumption of innocence with us

they can not let you into Europe on the basis of violation of some laws (administrative, criminal) and or non-payment of a fine (and even then not always). i.e. for those actions that relate to the state.
debt under the contract does not apply to those under any circumstances.
they can't do anything to you. even in Europe, the practice is in full swing when debtors move from one country to another and thus hide from debts.
theoretically, your debt can be sold to a collection agency in Russia, whether this happens in practice - I don’t know. but even so, such a case has no prospects in Russia, because a) they will have to somehow prove that it was you who entered into the contract b) the contract must comply with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation c) you were provided services "on credit", but according to the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation The loan agreement must be in writing.

1. Nothing is in danger in Russia, you are not in their jurisdiction.
2. In fact, this is their personal statement so far, in order for you to become a "criminal" you must lose the court, but this is in theory, of course.
3. They should also have a statute of limitations, even for administrative matters, but again, you need to look at the laws.
They do not provide a contract in principle, so this does not even amount to an offer.

I think you are in the dark somewhere. How many worked with a hetzner on standard servers - they block the server if they do not pay for one day (suspend access to it). Specify this moment by phone (they have Russian support). Read the signed offer on the fact of refusal of the service and auto-renewal of services. If the server was suspended, but money is required during this time, this is a violation on the part of the hetzner. If you ordered a server for a promotion with small print in the form - payment for at least three months, then alas, it's easier to pay.
