Is it possible to get a job as a programmer without registration?

In St. Petersburg I want to try on c# or c++.
But I have some problems with the documents, I hope to resolve the issue in a couple of months (in short, I need to register the child, or buy it, I don’t have it anywhere at all. Well, accordingly, the TIN SNILS and other crap is missing.). Well, in short, right now, they will not be able to formalize it officially.
How do employers see it? Are they willing to wait while I arrange what is needed.

Yes, most employers will be happy. No white salary, no taxes, etc.

The more knowledge and experience you have, the easier it is to get a job and the less documents matter.
