Is it possible to get a job as a programmer in the Russian Federation without a military ID?
hello world! I don’t have a military ID (there is an assigned one), I want to get a job as a junior in the Moscow office of a large Russian IT company (the one that is yellow), I would like to know if they will require a military ID when applying, how they treat this moment in IT, and is it possible hush up the topic, because if I give the attributed, the summons can be sent, but I would not want to have problems with the military registration and enlistment office.
Let me know if you have come across such a topic, or have heard, thanks in advance.

In all the places where I got a job, they asked for a military man, if he was not there, they closed their eyes. These were companies with >1000 employees

without documents, you can only get a "black job". In a large company (what kind of yellow, by the way - 1C? Tinkoff?) will not work.
Fuck no one needs your military ID
If you're just already a specialist and are going to go to Yandex for a salary of 200k, why can't you buy an excuse for a penny or something
youpush.ru/demo.svg
How I did it:
1. In the graphics editor, I simplified the colors, turned up the brightness to remove all the stripes and other unnecessary things from the picture.
2. Opened in Illustrator, traced, saved in SVG.
This SVG can then be used in an HTML document.
