Почти год работаю в компании на должности безопасника. До этого работал системным администратором ( чуваком который за все отвечает в мелкой фирме). Уровень знаний прошел 3 test lab, последнюю прошел за 2 недели. Скачал последние вопросы на сертификат Cissp без подготовке написал на 80/100. Но я жуткий интроверт и мне ближе работать одному чем в коллективе. Есть ли возможность мне найти работу удаленно? Английский средний ( читаю доки, но разговорный ужасный. Как вообще происходит работа по заказу, на какой либо фриланс бирже? Что писать в профиле? Как вообще начать, и есть ли у меня шанс в ближайшее время перейти на фриланс?

Аудитить безопасность сервисов/сайтов/серверов. Очень даже.
А где - уже кучу раз тут писали, поищите в поиске на тостере upwork
Update: Ничто не поможет вам лучше оценить свой уровень, чем зайти на сайт и поискать текущие задачи на рынке по ключевым словам. Потому что насоветовать могут многое, но рынок есть рынок, нужно смотреть потребности реальных заказчиков.
