Unstable income selling art/merch/handicraft abroad via PayPal - is it worth starting an IP?

I am an illustrator and freelancer in Russia. In my free time, I like to play video games and draw fanart based on them, I run social networks with fanart in English, as a result of which foreigners want to buy prints/artbooks/other merchandise with my work. They have it very developed, with a large number of readers there is an opportunity to make money on it. I'm not going to open patreon yet.
Basically, stores with merch like tictail are created around the world where payment is only by PayPal. I have a personal account there. IP is not.
As a result, the questions are:
Do I need to open an individual entrepreneur and a corporate PayPal account and pay taxes if I open a store with goods infrequently (once every 3-4 months, i.e. earnings will be unstable, I don’t know how often I will open) and for a short a period of several days, during which they can send a large amount to a stick. Let's say I open pre-orders, and in an hour they will place an order for, say, an artbook, 50 people, and immediately a large amount will fly to my paypal.
Will he have questions for me where this is from, can they block me? Will there be any problems if I try to withdraw this amount to a bank account for the production and printing of merchandise?
Is it worth creating an IP? Is it necessary if I want to further develop in the sale of art abroad and receive payments from foreigners more often?
I read about paypal me, sort of for this case, but it seems to me that it only gives another transfer to the same stick, without solving problems with withdrawing to a bank account.

on small amounts it’s easier to score how it will be stable from 1k bucks is already worth thinking about

It all depends on the final amount, most likely it will not cause questions. But under the law, you know, you are required to open.

By law they must be open.
Also, do not forget about the issue of copyright, since art will be made for certain games, etc. There may be problems with the owners of the rights. Let someone advise you on this matter.

I got the impression that you are asking for an indulgence from us. We are not a church, but the tax code says you must pay tax on ANY income. Therefore, perhaps you should answer the question - Will you pay taxes or not.

If you want to pay taxes, then here and without an individual entrepreneur you can submit a declaration and pay 13% tax (for an individual entrepreneur, by the way, it will be comparable or even higher at low speeds), but if it becomes stable then already open an individual entrepreneur, but now it’s not very cheap: ~ 30k / year contributions + 6% + 10k / month bank + accounting + cash desk (30k / year). Then consider yourself.
