Good day.
I am engaged in registration of IP and along the way I am tormented by the question of how to pass currency control, since there is no Certificate of earnings for agencies, and on a freelance account it has been zero for a very long time.
At the point they said that somehow you can go without it, but have not yet specified how.
And I would like to work with Alpha in general, since the Point ==> Opening, and the Opening is now on sonation ...

CoE is not a necessary document and indeed a document for tax and VC.
This is not quite an adequate requirement of a particular bank.
By law, a contract and an act are enough - in our case, Confirmation of Services

They offered to fill out the invoice on their letterhead.
But so far I have not received an answer whether a signature is needed on it
