Recommend a system for storing customer data?

There are many clients and each has its own preferences/properties.
For example:
- Method of communication
- Wishes on the number and form of reports
- Relationships with pricing policy
- Additional requirements for tasks
- Dissatisfaction that needs to be worked out

I want to store such information in one place, preferably with the ability to add financial information on transactions. It looks like I need a CRM.
Recommend a system or a specific CRM for my purposes, taking into account that I am a freelancer (not a company / not a studio)?

There are many options, and what to choose is already a matter of taste.
1. You can use universal services: notion.so, coda.io, airtable.
2. CRM with paid plans: Bitrix24, pipedrive, amoCRM, flowlu
3. You can use CRM with free plans, the same Bitrix24, flowlu.
4. Paid CRM, which you put on the server yourself: Perfex CRM.
5. The same, but for free: SuiteCRM, EspoCRM.
I like the first option, for each client you can allocate your own page. But the free plan also has limitations.
From paid services - pipedrive.
Regarding options 4 and 5, we must remember that you will have to pay for the server. And free CRM has a lame interface.

Bitrix 24 with project numbering + folder on the disk with numbering by year of the form:

for myself, I did something similar on django. mainly for recording plans, rallies, etc. in one place. If necessary, without any problems, I add some necessary fields.
