What is the best thing to learn for freelancing?

Hello?
I want to freelance but don't know how to enter this market.
At the moment I'm learning a little bit of everything - C#, C++ syntax, layout, js and php.
Do I understand correctly that with layout and js, jquery will not work? It seems to me that the direction is not simple (Given the cross-browser and subtleties) But for some reason there is a lot of competition.

What do you say about C#, php and administration?
What can you say about freelancing today in general?

Freelancing needs professionals (no matter what stack). To become a professional, you need to work full-time in a development team for at least a couple of years (in the office or remotely) and then look towards freelancing.

Just watch 10 video lessons from the series of learning a programming language in an hour. And it's in the bag, any order is yours.

you need to become a pro, watch this one thing, but in practice everything turns out differently usually, so you need to constantly take orders in order to understand the topic
