Is it possible to find people in a project / online game with a ready-made GameDoc?

Hello. I have one small question. I would like to know. Is it possible to find partners/co-owners in a project/online game with a ready-made GameDoc?
That is, as a game designer, I prepared a complete development document for the game, everything is painted to the smallest detail, only people are needed: a programmer, an artist and a 3D modeler.
What do you think, is it realistic to find people like this in the project on the terms of the co-owners of the project, or is there nothing to solve without money?

Here , in theory, you can find someone. But I advise you to at least briefly describe the idea of the game.
Well, yes, I advise you not to look for a proger without any experience, because if it merges (and this one will most likely merge), then it will be difficult to do anything with its code.

Even beginners find little chance. Give them a salary above the average for the region. Read fairy tales on the Internet
