Is it possible to find a quality theme for Windows XP in the style of modern IDEs (like Monokai?)?

Here, I set myself the Monokai design in Sublime, Notepad ++ and in the Python IDE. And I wanted to bring the whole system to a single style - so that there was a dark theme (but not black), in the spirit of Atom and Sublime. Finding a suitable option on the Internet turned out to be problematic, so the question arose: does anyone have suitable solutions? Or will you have to assemble the theme yourself?
ZY: I would also like to find such a theme for Linux (KDE, Unity or Gnome option).

For Linux, it's easy! DevianArt has themes for XFCE, for GNOME/KDE/Unity I don't know if it has them, but find a site with themes for the right graph. shells - lighter than the lung. I thought this would suit you. As a last resort, find a folder with a theme similar to yours and finish it. This is Linux.
As for windows, it's more complicated. Customization has always been limited. If you still can't find a suitable theme - you just need to get an explorer of the internal resources of the application (for example, PE Explorer), find the theme files, duplicate it and change the color icons.

I remember using Style XP for custom themes.
I remembered another useful site: www.crystalxp.net
