How do you switch from a dark IDE to a bright white browser and back again?

Usually all selected dark theme coloring IDE. But at work, you constantly need to switch between the IDE and the bright white browser. How do you solve flashy browser problems?
Maybe there are browser extensions that invert colors on all pages.
