Does Windows 7 install require a hard drive driver?

I am writing here last, because my head is no longer thinking.
I decided to clean the system, and to do it in a very radical way - to take it to hell.
The first thing I wanted to do was to allocate 15 GB for a separate section for MustHave programs, so that later, in case of anything, I would have this collection at hand. My attempts were unsuccessful, it knocked out in the process of moving the partition with an error about error disk i / o.
Since I use the 4Sync service, I decided that I would install the system again, and I would throw the MastHev itself into the service and already in the Windows setup program I would divide the partitions as I needed.
But here's the problem. The installer does not see the hard drives.
Writes that the driver is missing and offers to download it from the media.
I got into the BIOS and changed the mode from AHCI to IDE, but this did not give any result - it still stubbornly demanded firewood for the hard drive. In addition to this, Windows refused to boot in IDE mode - it just reached the logo, and after a few seconds (for a glimpse, as if the 25th frame shows the blue screen of death), it is cut down.
The last version that I had time to read remained. This is to download the driver and manually put it somewhere.
Here's the place:

Model: WD1600BEKT, but I can't figure out where to download these damn drivers with my replenished brain.
I apologize in advance for such idiocy, I just never came across this.
It seems to have given exhaustive information ... I hope you can help. Thanks in advance.

I would do so. Take another screw. Pour all the information from the old one there and format the old screw. Then try to put Windows on the old screw. Should help. Most likely you have a logical error, it is treated by formatting. And if it’s physical, then you need to carry it to the specialists for repairs or throw it away.
