Is it possible to disable updates altogether on Windows 10? Are there solutions?
If you disable the update service and other manipulations, this does not help - it still starts updating over time ..

I connect the Internet via WiFi from my phone. When once again Windows 10 gobbled up half the Internet limit for its updates, I began to look for how to avoid this.
Solution: after connecting via WiFi, click on the name of the connection, the inscription "Properties" will appear - click on it and in the window that opens, select "Set as a limited connection"
As I understand it, updates are not downloaded with this connection.
