Is it possible to develop for iOS in VirtualBox?

Hello.
It turned out that it is impossible to develop for iOS (iPhone) in the Windows environment.
And if you install a guest operating system from Apple in VirtualBox - will it work?
And if so, which one is better?
Thank you.

@procode

it is possible to develop, with all sorts of crutches, in Windows, but it is impossible to build an application.
options in order of pleasure: realist, remote realist, hackintosh, virtual machine.
there are / were images for vboxing and vmvaryu, but the pleasure is so-so.
it is better to install the latest available version.
my advice to you: if you don’t have money for a real man, even boo, collect a budget hack.
