Custom site favicon for safari iOS 6?

iOS 6 introduced the ability to display any website on the Home screen.
For most sites, the displayed icon is a mini screenshot of the site, and for some it is a full-fledged large icon. Where to upload the icon so that safari eats it? Thanks in advance.
