Is it possible to decrypt a message with two public keys?

Let me first say that I am a noob on this subject.
The question is theoretical, Google prompted that this is impossible. But the articles appeared out of the sandbox level.
Actually the question is this - we have an encrypted result, the public key of the one who encrypted and the one who should receive it. Is it possible to decrypt the message with such inputs?
