How to backup EFS encrypted files?

Hello!

I used to encrypt files using EFS. Then, with the help of ntbackup, you could make a backup copy of these files and send them, let's say, by mail or put them somewhere via remote access. When unpacked, they were placed on the disk also encrypted with efs and could only be accessed by installing a certificate.
ntbackup is currently missing in Windows 10.

Question: How can I back up such encrypted files?

Yes, whatever.
Any third-party software will backup without encryption.
Built-in can backup with encryption.
Do you need them to remain encrypted or not in the backup?
